Ultimaker E3Dv6 mount with inductive/capacitive sensor

thingiverse

This is my design for an Ultimaker E3D mount that enables the use of a 12mm diameter capacitive/inductive sensor. Extra parts needed: * 2x LM6UU-38mm linear bearings * 1x M3x25 screw * 1x M3x10 screw * 2x M3 nuts * 2x 30mm fans (and their screws); you may be able to fit bigger fans with the included adapter The photo is from a previous version, but it's quite similar. This design includes remixes of other parts taken from various sources. Although it's been reworked from scratch, it's primarily based on the design of am001 (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:94678). If you notice any other influences, please let me know and I'll update this with the necessary credits. If you have any questions, feel free to post them here. Have fun! Print Settings: * Printer: + i3BOXed * Rafts: + No * Supports: + Yes * Resolution: + 200 micron * Infill: + 20% * Notes: Print all parts in ABS, as support is required for some of them. Post-Printing: Some captive nuts and screws may be tricky to insert; make sure to thoroughly clean the sockets. Check the fit of the screws on the fans before assembling, as they're intended to be near M3 size but I've had trouble finding two identical fans so I use whatever screw fits best... You can route the wiring (thermistor, heater, fans and switch) up through the tube and secure them with zipties, then finish with a cable sleeve for a neat look.
