Ultimaker E3Dv6 mount with inductive/capacitive sensor

thingiverse

This is my version for an Ultimaker E3D mount. It alows the use of a 12mm diameter capacitive/inductive sensor. Extra parts needed: 2x LM6UU-38mm linear bearings 1x M3x25 screws 1x M3x10 screw 2x M3 nuts 2x 30mm fan (and their screws) (may fit bigger fans with included adapter) (the photo is from a previous version, but quite a similar one) The design includes for sure remixes from other parts taken from here and there. Although it's reworked from scratch, it's mainly based in the design of am001 (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:94678), if you can find any other influence, then, just tell me and I'll be editing this and will be happy to add the credits as needed. Any questions, please post on here. Have fun! Print Settings Printer: i3BOXed Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 200 micron Infill: 20% Notes: Print all parts in ABS, support is needed in some of them, Post-Printing Some captive nuts and screws may be difficult to insert, sockets need to be thoroughfully cleaned. Check the fit of screws from the fans before assembling, they are intended to be near M3, but I can't seem to find two identical fans so I use whatever screw suits... You can route the wiring (thermistor, heater, fans and switch) up throgh the tube and secure them with zipties, and use a cable sleeve to get a neat finish.
