Ultimaker-Morphi Snowflake Ornament

This is a quick, fun intro to 3D Design + 3D printing snowflake ornament project for people of all ages and skill levels. All of the attached 3D models were designed by Liz Arum of Ultimaker Education using Morphi app (www.morphiapp.com) as part of an Intro to 3D Design + 3D printing project with Ultimaker + Morphi app for 5th grade students at New Lab in Brooklyn. Morphi is a simple, powerful + easy to learn 3D design app used in 115 countries for 3d Printing, Augmented Reality + more. It is free to download and design in Morphi and costs $4.99 per device (a one time volume price for education, no subscriptions) to unlock file STL/OBJ export, import and AR. The attached STL files include: - 6 different snowflake ornaments - a blank inner hexagon that can be personalized + snaps into each ornament. Steps: Print any or all the attached ornaments. Download the inner hex file and personalize the hexagon with your name, initials or favorite word using Morphi or your favorite software. Print out the hexagon and snap it into the ornament.
