Ultimaker side extruder bracket

Ultimaker side extruder bracket

This is a bracket to attach your extruder on the side of the ultimaker instead of the back. You will still be able to attach it behind as it was before. It is also a bit flexible, greatly reducing the extruder noise You will need to drill 2 small holes in the plywood. The back plate is a bit overkill but it helps holding the nuts while you assemble. Instructions -print -drill 2 holes (3,5mm) c-c 45mm in the side of your extruder. I recommend to add a quick connector in the extruder motor wires (nothing to do with just that mod, but it is good to be able to completely unhook your extruder for transport) You will need 2x M3x20mm (or M3x15mm) + nuts
