Ultimaker Sliding block Alignment tool
thingiverse
This method isn't groundbreaking, but it aids in fine-tuning your Ultimaker machine. To use, attach two sliding blocks to either side of the head on the same axis (Y or X), then check if both tools reach the frame edge. If not, adjust the pulleys accordingly by moving the block backward or forward until the tool reaches the edge. Depending on the pulley's screw placement, you may need to rotate the tools and try the opposite frame edge. Additionally, you can shorten the tools, mark a reference point for easier adjustments, and find the SKP file for editing in Sketchup.
