Ultimate Anet A8 Sensor Mount (SN04-N)

This is a custom sensor mount for the SN04-N sensor that replaces the standard mount supplied by Anet or third-party manufacturers. The original 3mm acrylic plate mount proved to be quite flexible and could not provide a secure fixing. This design incorporates stiffening ribs that not only prevent bending but also come into contact with linear bearings, ensuring a solid connection. Additionally, nut recesses have been added to allow for easier adjustment of the sensor height without having to hold the nuts in place. When positioning the sensor in the same location as the stock mount and securing it firmly to the carriage, autohome on the X-axis can become jammed due to the sensor pressing against the frame. To resolve this issue, I introduced an additional 2mm of clearance by moving the sensor 2mm in the positive X direction. You may need to update the Skynet or Marlin configuration for absolute accuracy or modify the OpenSCAD code so that "Hole22OffsetX = Width - 20" to relocate it to the expected position, but be mindful of the X-axis clearance.
