Ultimate Catapult Improved - Improved tabs and crossbar

New front bar tabs that have little nubs to hold them in place, the original version would fly off when I fired the catapult. Also created a solid bar across the front that replaces the two plugs, this will keep the top from pulling in on itself by the force of the rubber band. Print this in the orientation as it would fit on the catapult.
