Ultimate Game Counter with Ratcheting Wheel (XP, Life, Gold, etc.)

<h3>After trying at least 6 other counter mechanisms on Thingiverse and finding them lacking, we gave up and decided to make our own. The core ratchet mechanism is taken from 2802141 but the rest is built from scratch. </h3> <p>Some key notes: <ul> <li>The counter wheels click on turning and will stay in place unless you turn them - they will not lose count between gaming sessions. If you want a little less tension, scale the wheels larger (e.g. 104%)</li> <li>The Axle is currently sized for Gloomhaven, 8 wheels, 2 spacers and 2 end caps (HP, XP and Gold). Resize by extruding the end as you see fit. To get it fit just right, you may also need to play with the sizing based on how your printer does with the thickness of the wheels. I've included a full length Axle STL as well, if your wheels actually print at 4.5mm width.</li> <li>The end caps click snugly in place with a bit of force - no need for glue.</li> <li>There are both count-down and count-up wheels. While it's possible to turn the wheels in the opposite direction, it is definitely more difficult. Count-down wheels can be used for HP/Life and count-up wheels for Gold/XP, etc.</li> <li>The indent between the numbers on the wheel is to allow your fingernail to catch so you can advance the counter</li> <li>When assembling, make sure you have everything going in the right direction!</li> </ul> Enjoy!
