This is a remix of UpperpeninsulaPlastics design. I printed it before I realized it was for a Pi 3 :-P I went ahead and changed the bottom design to fit a Pi 4. I added a small vent as well for air as Pi 4's tend to generate more heat. I'd recommend a cooling fan for your pi 4 as well. Tested the print myself and it works great.
