This is an engine cowl for the Hanger 9 Ultra Stick 30cc RC airplane. RC engine cowls are usually fiberglass. Which makes them easily adjusted to fit various engines. With a 3D printed cowl, that method doesn't work. This cowl is meant to be flush with the firewall. It will only fit as designed with some engines. You will have to remove material at the firewall end of the cowl to fit other engines. To mount the cowl, epoxy small blocks on the firewall around the cowl perimeter. And screw thru the cowl into the blocks. On the front of the cowl, it is meant to rest on the engine and be zip tied to it. There is a hole for a .1x10x18lb zip tie. You may also have to add cutouts for the muffler or other engine parts. I installed this in a Ultra Stick with a 40CC DLE twin cylinder engine. I flew fine with it. I used stick on vinyl for the green and black. They are Oracal 651 vinyl. I think the green is called yellow green but compare it to the covering before you buy any. Edit: I want to add that when this model is loaded into Cura, it says there are model errors. I get no such errors inside Fusion 360, where it was designed. The model has printed fine on my Anycubic Kobra. I just bypass the errors in Cura.
