I liked Drevilz4l's insert, but there were a couple of things I wanted to tweak: Firstly, the card slots needed a bit more room for my fingers to get a good grip on them. I like it when the finger hole goes through the bottom of the tray because it makes it easier to remove the cards. To make it even simpler, I added a small hole along the bottom edge of each card. This modification also helped to center the finger hole, which was driving me crazy, so that's been fixed now. Secondly, I wanted to be able to pull out the insert more easily by adding some finger grip holes on the side. However, this meant creating an edge where the holes could go, and since there wasn't one on the card side anymore, I put them on the bits-box side instead.
