This model is a full scale Float intended for Ultralight Aircraft. I reverse engineered Zenair Ultralight Floats for this design. Their has been no stress analysis done on this structure. The goal is a final weight of less than 35 pounds. Material is Okume plywood, Sitka Spruce and epoxy for the main hull.
