This thing was made with Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/1lSOTSdA59U A battery holder for a V2 ultrasaber. This is made to accomodate the buckpuck current regulator and 2 of the Li-ion batteries. Instructions in order to complete this, you will need to add conductors. there is a slot in the bottom which can be used to add a conductor between the + terminal of one battery and the - terminal of the other. At the top, there is room to feed the Vin wires of the buckpuck to the opposite sides of the battery. You will need to add some sort of contact to the wires. There is about 1mm of extra clearance for the batteries, I recommend that you insert foam to cradle the batteries securely, but for my print, I found that it's good enough with the contact springs to not rattle. The + and - wires for the LED output from the buckpuck can exit from the top of the holder, and go to a switch, then to the LED. The outer dimensions are suitable for V2 ultrasabers. I used this to replace the 4AAA battery holder and resistor that mine came with.
