Ultrasonic waves are used to measure the fluid level so the fluid level can be sensed from empty to full. To avoid sloching of fluid the opening is given at bottom of narrow pipe, so very accurate level of the fluid can be sensed. Transducer which transmits the ultrasonic waves which get reflected by the float ball. The reflected ultrasonic pulses are converted to electrical echo pulses by which he fuel quantity is measured. Microprocessor controlled circuitry for monitoring and implementing the automatic dispensing process. Very less number of parts are used so cost effective, easy maintenance and easy to install.
