Update 5-JUN-2018: I added a new clamp/clip see https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2948086. The holder itself is a double bearing remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:767317. Originally designed for the Anet A8, it didn't make sense to publish as a remix with over 200 existing versions. This version uses two bearings on each side of the spool and remixed the small clip that keeps the holder in place by adding threads. The original clip would slide along the threaded rod when the spool was full or heavy. The clip should be printed at 100% fill for optimal performance. I printed the holder and A-frame at 50% fill with support touching the build plate, but you can likely print the holder at 20%. A bearing fit test STL is included to verify that the bearing will fit snugly before printing the holder. Print this test first to avoid wasting time on a potentially ill-fitting holder. If it doesn't fit, try scaling until you get a good fit. The holes on the frame are for M3 screws. The impression of the M8 nut on the frame not only makes assembly easier but also serves as a spacer. My SS M8 nuts measure 13mm, so if you have 14mm M8 nuts, let me know and I'll upload a revised frame STL. Note: If mounting the holder frame to the back of your UM2 clone, do not use any M8 washers when attaching the threaded rod to the frame. This will prevent the inside nut from hitting the printer bed. Check clearance before doing an auto home. Materials needed: * 150mm M8 threaded rod * (2) M8 nuts * (4) M3 x 12 screws with thick washer and lock washer, or 10 without washers * (4) F608ZZ 8x22x7 mm Flanged Bearing
