UM2+ Lazy Lever

UM2+ Lazy Lever

Disengaging the feeder lever on the Ultimaker2+ can be quite frustrating, especially for your fingers. The redesigned lever is longer and features a "jammer" that you can slide into the feeder to lock the lever in place, making it easy to feed or remove filament. Keep in mind that your original lever may be glued together, which can make it difficult to disassemble without causing damage. If you do break it, this will obviously void your warranty. To ensure strength and durability, I recommend printing the new lever solid. I also used CPE+ for added heat resistance. You might want to consider gluing the two halves together as well. With only 50-60 hours of print time so far, I haven't had a chance to test its long-term stability at the seam.
