This is a cardboard box for the Ummagawd 2Fiddy FPV quad with 5" bi-blade props attached. The box is created in two parts, the base and the lid, with the lid flap glued to the outside of the base flap.I printed the template onto A3 paper (two sheets per part) and used a knife to cut and score 3mm cardboard. A laser cutter would (of course) have been nice.Created in Fusion 360's sheet metal.
