I printed my clip in 3ntr PA6 nylon (almost as good as Delrin for this application) that I got from http://fbrc8.com/ and drilled-out the undersize hole to the right size. This file will save you a little time cutting the clip from the above parts sheet and repairing the mesh model of the trimmed part. Remember to use a brim in Cura, if you are printing in nylon!
