Uncrustable Square

Uncrustable Square

edit: I updated this so that it uses less plastic to print. Newest one is the noncrustable. I just took measurements of the cheap $1 loaf of bread and created this because it creates less waste compared the circular one(and bigger sandwiches!!). You can throw the waste in the compost or give it to your cat, whatever works for you. A little bit of sandwich science for you... The average loaf of bread is 4"x4", I made this 93mmx93mm(3.66"). It cuts the crust off perfectly, just be careful when lining it up to cut it. Make sure you press the cutting part down hard. Microwave the top piece of bread for a couple of seconds if it is old or it could crack open when you seal the sandwich. I recommend putting the PBJ into the refrigerator to get them cold prior to inhaling them. :) See printing instructions for configuration. Instructions I recommend 20% infill, 1 perimeter, 2 solid layers bottom and top, detect thin walls, more perimeters if needed.
