The part is symmetric about its midplane and has a minimum thickness exceeding 10mm. Created using SolidWorks and DFM, it can be manufactured via casting followed by machining. Weight: 59.76kg, volume: 7,594,296.96 cubic millimeters. Simulation results reveal stresses of 312.60MPa, 328.40MPa, and 303.01MPa with corresponding displacements of 9.48mm, 2.58mm, and 2.23mm. The SimScale platform was utilized due to its user-friendly interface; however, issues like "Aw Snap," script failures, and solver errors were encountered across Google Chrome and Firefox browsers. Despite these challenges, a screenshot of the model on SimScale was included in the submission, with hopes that SimScale would function before the competition deadline.
