Although I'm not familiar with CAD software, I created this geometry using Ansys Design Modeler. To reduce weight, I added pockets and holes while maintaining a minimum thickness of 10mm throughout. The complex features might have caused issues with meshing in SimScale; thus, I present Ansys simulation results. The model has 450k nodes with second-order tetrahedral meshing. The weight is 51.9 kg, and the stress and deflection results are as follows: P1 - max stress 327MPa, max deflection 7.3mm; P2 - max stress 347MPa, max deflection 3.3mm; P3 - max stress 315MPa, max deflection 1.7mm.
