UniFi UAP-AC-PRO rain cover

The UniFi AC-Pro is listed as an outdoor Access Point but it's not designed to be installed on the side of the building without a substantial overhang to protect it. I needed to install a couple on a barn with minimal overhang and a large gutter which could overflow... This is a rain cover that protects the AP from any rain or water falling from above. It stands proud of the wall by 5mm allowing rain to course down the wall and also for the ethernet lead to run behind the unit and then in through a hole at the bottom of the cover. It is 50mm deep and also has a drip ledge to encourage water to drip down rather than run back behind the AP. I coupled this with spraying both the rain cover itself and the UniFi AP with a rubberised black coating to both match the colour of the barn and also to further protect the UniFi and also (since I printed in PLA) the cover itself. Whilst there are mounting holes for the shield to the wall I haven't created holes for the UniFi mount to the shield. I created these before I got the Pro mount to play with but may edit it later and add them.
