Uniformation GKTwo Resin Fumes Extraction Assembly

Uniformation GKTwo Resin Fumes Extraction Assembly

This is an extraction assembly to be used with the Uniformation GKTwo resin printer. The existing internal recirculation fan & carbon filter will not prevent some of the fumes to escape through the cover opening, so my approach was to use an inline fan placed outside in the attic to pull the air out and force negative pressure inside. - The fan used is the MARS HYDRO 4 Inch Inline Duct Fan with Variable Speed Controller, Exhaust Fan for Grow Tents, Hydroponics - bought from Amazon for $86 & designed the wall plate to accept the variable speed controller & route/hide its cable inside the plate. - The top housing slides vertically on the outside bracket attached onto the printer. This provides some fine vertical adjustment to align the hole with the wall bracket. I also mounted my printer on a Home Depot Husky table that is adjustable vertically. - The middle and bottom housing are held in place with 2 magnets (the top one sticks to another one placed inside on the inner bracket, and the bottom one sticks to some internal metal parts). I used some 35x10x7.8mm magnets that I had lying around, so probably need to edit the STP file if you plan to use some other ones.
