Unipanel CubeSat for FDM 3D Printing

17JUN: Updated 3D files -------------------- This version was developed for the FDM 3D printing process where surface finish and excessive support material can be an issue: 1) Panels lay flat on the print bed, providing the smoothest surface for contact with the Orbital Deployer rails. 2) In order for all 4 sides to be smooth, the CubeSat was split diagonally. 3) To lock the panels together, tabs were created similar to how wooden corner joints are reinforced. As I added more tabs, it started to resemble a fixed hinge. 4) After the panels are connected, rods can be inserted to lock the "hinges" together. If the panel is solvent bondable, the rods could potentially be removed afterwards. 5) Separation Springs and Deployment Switches also serve as "hinge pins" when they are inserted into the ends of the rails. 6) The End Panels are shown with snap fit connectors, but screws would probably be a more practical solution for FDM.
