I needed a paper clip and the ones already on Thingverse were kind of hard to print so I kludged this one. You can make it bigger for a bag clip, thus "universal". Instructions I printed this one using Skeinforge, 0.2mm layer height, on a Printrbot. I don't think you can go much wrong on this one....
