The only non-printed part you will need is a rubber band. The nice fat ones that tend to come on produce (like celery) are perfect. No disassembly required to insert/remove the phone or to adjust the phone rotation or pitch. Might not fit extremely narrow phones - minimum width of the grip is 72mm Update 4/2/2018 Added another degree of motion with the Elbow parts! Finally tilt and twist!
