Universal Bike Rack Light Mount

Universal Bike Rack Light Mount

This is a universal bike light mount for the back of a rear rack with a 5mm hole in it. **I have made an [updated version that includes an AirTag Holder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5253943)** My bike light came with a mount to secure it to the seatpost, however when I put my top of the rack bag, on, it blocks the light. I needed to find a way to move the light to the rear of the rack so it could be seen again. For this to work, you'll need the following: - A 5 mm hole in the rear center of your rack platform (mine already had one) - This 3D printed part - 1 x M5 Nylon Lock Nut - 1 x M5x25 bolt (button head or socket head will work) - 1x M5 Washer (optional, but recommended if using socket head bolts) IMPORTANT: The files as existing are a *really* tight fit on my printer. If holes tend to be small on yours, size up the entire model by a few %. The way that I have it designed, it takes a reasonable amount of force to insert the nut, and the bolt will have to thread itself into the plastic. Printing Notes: I printed this upside down as shown in image 5. I printed with supports. I have not attempted to print right side up or without supports, but if you try please report back. This may work with a 20mm bolt depending on the thickness of your material. I might work on a redesign to reduce the length needed in the near future if there is interest.
