I had a phone mount that was mounted on the ventilation, but it kept falling off on bumpy roads. This ventilation clamp had a ball where the actual phone-holder was mounted on. So I took a dashboard button that was not in use and screwed this simple ball on it. So, this is more than an idea than a ready-to-print model. Just measure the diameter of the ball and add a hollow stick for the screw. I used a short woodscrew. print at high resolution and at least 50% infill, to get a snug fit and sturdy ball.
