This is a evolution of my TomTom Start 60 car mount. It has grown to a universal device mount system with fully parametrized components. Adopts to the dimensions of small (i.e. Xperia Active) to large devices (said TomTom). Create brackets and bars to connect to standard car mount plates, which sell for a few dollars and provide excellent suction mounts. Or use your own mount with a M6 screw hole. Both bar types can be created with this thing, and use the same brackets. Instructions First create the brackets. Make them fit tightly, the brackets are springy, for a firm grip. Then measure from one bracket to the other, outside to outside. This is the device width needed for the bar. The bar has two end stops which hold the brackets and should be placed just outside of the brackets.
