https://www.printables.com/model/225617-universal-handlebar-phone-mount-harness-system <h3>Universal Handlebar Phone Mount | Harness System</h3> <h2>For ANY Phone With/Without Cases</h2> A, REDESIGNED, simplified version of the mount I use on my motorcycle. **Maximum handlebar diameter of 26mm** Required/Recommended Filaments: **Flexible Filament** - Harness, Phone Pad, Bar Pad, Ripcord - .2mm LH **ASA** - Upper, Lower, Clamp - .3mm LH All parts are oriented as they should be printed **Harness / Protection - Required for each phone mount** PP-18022 Pad, Phone H-L-18022 Harness, Large **or** H-S-18322 Harness, Small Rc-18022 x2 Ripcord PB-18022 Pad, Bar **MTB-HS22 - Trails** U-MTB-18322 Upper UC-MTB-18322 Upper Clamp L-MTB-18322 Lower LC-MTB-18322 Lower Clamp Additional Parts required - 2x M4x20mm/Nut, Small zip-tie **C-HS22 - Streets** U-C-18122 Upper L-C-18122 Lower Cc-C-18122 C-Clamp Additional Parts required - M4x20mm/Nut, Small zip-tie **Z-HS22 - Streets/Trails** - Depending on zip-tie U-Z-18022 Upper L-Z-18022 Lower Additional Parts required - 1-2x Lg/Md zip-tie, Small zip-tie Quick access 'Harness' works with large/small phones with/without cases Adjustable 'Harness' keeps phone in place for bumpy trail rides Protective Pad for handlebar mount/rotation prevention; can be trimmed to size Protective Pad for phone contact surface; foam/neoprene/rubber can be added for increased "bounce" protection Simple M4 bolt/nut or zip-tie mounting options Zip-tie redundancy for filaments with poor layer adhesion properties; e.g. ASA Sliding portions are angled at 55° and don't need supports Phone pad requires no supports Recommend: **DO NOT** use supports in the tunnels for the clamp and zip-tie, or any minor bridging ASA is recommended for its UV resistance, Clamps can be printed with stronger filaments if desired Harness-Large is for large phones with/without case, and small phones with case Harness-Small is for small phones with no case Stringing on Harness can be cleaned up with a dremel on a low setting and a sanding head **Remember to print 2x Ripcords** When securing mount to handlebar: press M4 nut into clamp, to help prevent it from rotating When securing a phone in place: it helps to have one hand pulling the Ripcord while the other hand pinches the two tabs together. To remove Harness from mount: use pliers at "cross-beams", then rotate, then pull out of slot
