Universal Headache-Free Filament Caddy Version 3

Universal Headache-Free Filament Caddy Version 3

This is the third version of my universal filament coaster caddy that works like reverse skates (you can simply skip printing version 1-2, they're just there for keepsakes). They're headache free as the design is for poorly calibrated and small 3d printers. You just print 4 of them and then snap in the 4 608z bearings. Since both "skates" are self correcting, you just place them on the edges of any spool and it'll work smoothly. You don't even need any tools to put them together, and printing them in hexagon is strong enough for most spools, no need for solid infills or isolinear builds like most other caddies. Furthermore the latest version 3 includes a guide to center spools onto the bearings. It featured minimalized filament usage and the legs have been reduced to thin versions on the edges to help with balance and prevent the feet from flipping over. If you have poster putty, I recommend using a little bit of that to ensure the filament caddy doesn't shift or putting them on a non-slip surface.
