Universal M3 bed leveling nut for the SK-GO

This is a remix and some new design to a leveling nut for the SK-GO. I have made it to work in tow ways and will replace the tiny wing nuts used to level the bed. For a standard configuration with springs just insert a M3 nut into the adjuster and thread it on. Juse an second M3 nut to jam the tow so nothing moves unless you rotate the wheel.
