This universal grip comprises of 2 basic parts that grip and hold phones securely in any orientation.. No need for springs or elastic. The bottom and top parts clamp together as a ratchet pair with the arms at the top acting as a spring with enough squeeze to hold most phones. Grip the phone by gently squeezing the two parts together, and release by pressing the 'tail' of the ratchet. It will hold phones from 60 to 90 mm wide (inclusive of cases). The lower part has a fixing that allows a range of attachments for stands and holders. I've included a simple stand and a more complex elbow joint that can be used to fit a pole mount, where the pole is a piece of conduit. These fittings use a 6-32 screws and nuts so if you only have access to metric you might need to make some adjustments to use M4 instead. I've include a version of the two main elbow joint pieces that have supports designed in place. I find this produces a much better result than supports added by a slicer.
