Universal Phone Mount for Bike

Remix, but designed from scratch based on the idea (which was a great one honestly). Clamp should work for most bars from ~22mm to 30mm in either orientation (horizontal or vertical) depending on the length of M4 screws you have. Clamp is printed in strongest orientation and uses captive M4 nuts for strength. Use button head M4 screws to attach the main part to the clamp. M3 screws are used to attach the arms (for strength) with nuts embedded from the bottom. 8mm-12mm can be used. Added two taller pieces for thicker phones (Pop Sockets and the like). All parts print without supports in the orientation provided. Print parts at 0.2 or 0.3mm except for the nut, that needs to be done at 0.1mm in order to get decent threads. You will need to work the threads a few times to get them to engage nicely, as they are tight to not loosen accidentally while riding. This was initially printed in ASA and ABS, hence the mouse-ears on the main piece. I used a brim with 19 perimeters and didn't have any issues with adhesion. Did need some minor cooling on the slider piece. 10% fan speed, 10s minimum layer time (with Lift Head) and printed at 20mm/s. Turned out decent and only needed minor clean up.
