Universal Ps4 Phone Mount

This is a Very Very fast remix of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:575680 to fit both my phone and my roommate's. So I took the universal approach. Note I did this in under 45 mins with another 30 mins for touch ups. I didn't put much time to make it look nice. I just wanted a phone mount. I was out so I used a drill bit to test it out :D I also crafted a quick disconnect out of a small paperclip. Some specs: Min phone height: 45mm Max phone height: ~90mm Max phone thickness: 10mm (oops too thin for my phone. will revise later tomorrow.) Min phone thickness: 8mm Use a sponge or foam to take up slack for thinner phones.. Files My Inventor parts are included. As well as STEP file exports I also Included the 2 original unchanged ps4 brackets so you don't have to hunt for them :) I'm up for suggestions and I hope this is useful for someone. Update 1: Added V2 I haven't printed this version yet as I can make the first work (barely). This version should be a little better. Let me know. Top holder converted to a slider allowing for devices 0-20mm thick. Extended bottom by 2mm and adjusted the tabs. Picture with dimensions attached. Also added a Ps4_Mount_Lower_V2_Longer that has twice as long rods (+60mm) for tablets. Strength not guaranteed, but can be useful for small tablets. Theoretical max height: 150mm How I Designed This Digital Hacksaw method Basically I cut off the top half of the phone holder and attached 5mm x 30mm cylinders. Then created a new part that fitted over those cylinders. That part holds the top part of the phone. The bottom part I cut off the shelf that the phone sits and extended it to fit thicker phones. Fast and ugly. but functional
