Whether it be for cutting out play dough, tracing geometrical figures or even making sugar cookies in FACS, this Universal Cut Out can be utilized in classrooms around the world! Now, there's even a carrying case for all of your favorite cut outs! How I Designed This Cut Outs I just sketched my shape and used the "Offset Entities" function. I extruded that sketch. Next. I made another sketch on the same original plane and offset the previous sketch. Lastly, I extruded it in the opposite direction. Carrying Case I simply used my old shapes and extruded them as an extruded cut on a rectangular prism. Then, I sketched a two squares and extruded them up. I added a hole using an extruded cut of a circle. For the cover of the case, I just free drew it. Project: Universal Shape Cut Outs Universal Shape Cut Outs These Cut outs serve as simple stepping stones to help younger children learn their shapes. Although these can be utilized in many situations, they were primarily made to let children realize the importance and real life applications of knowing their shapes.
