You want to make some really smooth videos? This 3D printed steady cam is the perfect upgrade to your camera equipment! It's easy to print and works really well. I designed a Gopro mount wich you can 3D print but you can also make your own design of some mounts and fix them with a M4 x 20mm screw.

What you need to build the steadycam:
Two M6 x 30mm Bolts
Two M5 x 20mm Bolts
One M4 x 20mm Bolt

Three M6 Nuts
Three M5 Nuts

Two 626 Z ball-bearings
One 625 Z ball-bearing

I've printed it with PLA an a 0,16mm layer height and it worked perfect without supports or rafts or anything special. I used 20% infill.

You find a manual assembly (pdf) in files. This model is easy to assemble, it only takes about five minutes! The threads are not printed, you simply cut them by screwing in your bolt. That works really well.

The weight you need to equalize the weight of the camera is up to you. I used some steel with about 300g but it depends on the device you use. But that step is really easy and no problem. You can use everything you find.
