Universal Tablet Headrest Mount

<p>Designed this as a need for the kids on long road trips when they just want to watch a movie. To avoid having to hold the tablet the entire time they can just mount it into the universal tablet holder attached to the back of the headrest bars. This mount is adjustable to your car and needs. everything is 3d printed except for the 1 inch rubber bands used to attach the top and bottom plate to allow you to use it for various tablets. It is an easy put on and take off mount so you can put it away if not needed everyday.&nbsp;</p><p>The mount uses 3d printed screws to allow for adjustment of width of the head rest bars and also the angle. 2 screws then are used to tighten the mount to the headrest bars themselves. I also designed a screw driver to use with the screws.&nbsp;</p><p>I have test mounted this design in many various models and manufactures of vehicles with success in all.&nbsp;</p><p>I printed this in PETG, .15 layer height, 20% infill, 3 perimeters, at 80mms with supports everywhere. All the pieces aside the screws I was able to print on one sheet.&nbsp;</p><p>The screws and driver were printed together again with PETG, .15 layer height, 50% infill, 6 perimeters, 80mms, with supports everywhere.&nbsp;</p><p>Support separation is 90% on the X/Y for all pieces, .2 detachable Z distance</p><p>you will need to print&nbsp;</p><p>1- Top</p><p>1-Bottom</p><p>1- Of each arm (4 in total)</p><p>2- Top clips</p><p>2- Bars</p><p>2-Small Screws that go in the pivot point for the arms</p><p>2- Medium Screws that are used to tighten the mount to the head rest bars.</p><p>4- Long Screws used for the sides for adjustment purposes</p><p>1- Screwdriver</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>You will need 1 inch rubber bands. I used a total of 6 and they were the ones my daughter uses for her hair. &nbsp;I would also recommend getting 1mm foam rubber and gluing it in the bottom area with the tablet sits and the 2 top clip areas. This will stop the tablet from potentially sliding from left to right if you are an aggressive driver.&nbsp;</p>
