Connect the speaker to a phone via bluetooth, clip the microphone to a shirt, and switch to speech mode on Google Translate for the translator. Talk like usual and after a moment, the translated sentence will be projected through the speaker. The accuracy of the translator is guaranteed by Google, which should be trustworthy enough.
