universal turnable bike mount//Iphone 5 with case moddel included

this is a bike mount with a 12-step turntable. its designd for a 22mm bike steer. the included case is for a iPhone 5 with silicone case. feel free to remix it for other phones. alternatively, you can buy a case for your Phone and print the top turntable without the pegs, and then glue the case to that part. Print Settings Printer: colido print-rite diy Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 mm layer's Infill: 15/100% Notes: the raft and supports are only requierd on the phone holder. print the truntable parts @ 15 precent infill. the rest you can chosse, but since thier so thin, it wont make a big difference. i printed them @ 100% infill. assembly first, superglue some rubber pads on the inside of the clamp. this is necessary for better grip on the handle bar. then, put a little spring( ex: heatsink mount, half balpoint spring....) on a long M3 screw, then put it trough the bottom turntable, then trough the top turn table, and top it off with a nut. superglue the nut to the bolt. tighten it enough so that de grooves grip, but not too much, in order to still be able to turn it around. cut the bolt just above the nut. now, glue on the case, with the pegs or without. as a last step, glue in the top bike clamp to the bottom turn table. finally, put it around your handle bar, and use 10MM M3 screws with nuts in order to tighten it.
