Unknown Part for a Plane (?)

Not really a "request" part, but it originates in the Questions section.They asked how to to build the part in Catia.I've not seen Catia in many years, but figured the method would be similar to how it is done in SolidWorks.Download the model and see if you agree with my construction methods. (2016 and 2017 versions attached). I had to put on my thinking cap to come up with a clean method to create the little lip/ledge all around the opening. My solution was Surface-Sweep2 (in the 2017 model), Surface-Sweep1 (in the 2016 model).Check it out, let me know if you have a better solution.There is no scale for this model, so it is not fully dimensioned. The goal was to simply make the shape look like it should. The four reference photos were posted with the request for assistance.
