A unmanned underwater vehicle (UUV), called the Reef Surveyor. Shallow water vehicle to study the effects of short term human interaction in natural reefs. Watertight compartment contains INS/MRU, DVL, IMU, AHRS and a towed sonar for terrain mapping.This was designed in Autodesk Inventor and Autodesk Fusion 360 and 3D printed on a Flashforge Guider II using PETG. The WTC is a modified Pelican case. Motor is a geared 380 brushless and powered by (2) 6S LiPo batteries for a run time of 3+ hours.The early design featured 4 planes and the most recent version features 3 planes.Copyright © Race Reed 2021
