This is remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2328641, but everything is redesigned (not always sure if for better) basing on the original fusion 360 file. ### Goals of remix: * make it printable on my Anycubic Mega printer * make as many printable parts as possible (bridge and pegs) * Make it look cool :) ### What's changed: * every part is designed from scratch, I'm just using some sketches from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2328641 * front is divided for three parts to allow printing on 210x210 3d printers * front is now wider (we have now frond divided in three parts so no need to make it narrow) * Front is prepared for 3d printed bridge but still there are holes for fender one (I don't like the idea of metal bridge on acoustic instrument) * body is thicker with 10mm chamfer * reshaped neck * new head with **PRINTABLE PEGS** * new **curved fretboard** with **frets** * back body with groove to glue front board ### Printing Just print it in PLA. I am using 0.6 nozzle. ### Left handed I am left handed but all STL files are for right handed version. If You wakt to print Left Handed version mirror all the files but neck (unless you have mirrorr threaded m10 rod). ### Assembly Glue neck parts together, glue back parts together, glue front parts together. I use two parts epoxy for glueing. Put the M10 rod in the neck for more stiffness. you can use M10 bolt or nut if You are using m10 Rod) for keeping the neck in place while glueing to the body. For glueing bridge to front and fretboard to the neck I used double sided tape - so i can adjust it later. I have underestimated my glue solidifying speed, so I ended up with ugly uneven gap between front board and rest of the instrument. Nevertheless I was able to add fretboard so I can confirm that everything works. Use something slower than 5 minutes epoxy :). Strings: Use cable ties at the bridge end of the strings. the other end goes in the hole of the peg gear. ### Todo: I have impression that it can be louder and with faster response with thinner walls of the body. Redesigning tuners to move strings closer to the guitar head. ### Changelog: 03.12.2021 - Added f3d files (ukulele and tuners). This file contains modified fretboard - it supposed to have frets made from filament and glued in after printing. I haven't tried it yet, because it works nice as fretless fingerboard and i use it this way. I have also added stl files of this version fretboard named as Fingerboard.
