Up Plus 2 E3D V6 mount

<p>E3D V6 mount for an Up Plus 2</p> <p>Print settings I used:</p> <p>-0,1 mm layerheight (I think slightly higher won't be a problem)</p> <p>-60% infill</p> <p>-Printed in PETG but ABS, ASA or another material that is ok with high temps should be fine.</p> <p>Parts needed:</p> <p>-E3D V6</p> <p>-30 x 30 fan</p> <p>-40 x 40 radial fan</p> <p>-M4 nut (mount to Up Carriage)</p> <p>-2 x M3 nut (V6 clamp)</p> <p>-4 x M2 x 5 bolt (40 x 40 fan)</p> <p>-4 x M3 x 12 - 15mm (30 x 30 fan)</p> <p>-4 x M3 x 8 (closing plate)</p> <p>-Bowden extruder</p> <p>-Bowden tube</p> <p>Coming update:</p> <p>Strain relief for the power cables and bowden tube, it is already prepared for this with holes so it shouldn't need reprinting when I add this.</p> <p>I'm running this on a completely modified up plus 2 with a SKR board with marlin, I don't think it's possible to get running good with the original board + firmware. If people are interested I can write a short manual on how I did this conversion with the included firmware. Also designed and lasercut an enclosure that I can share but it will take a bit of work and I feel like I'm the only person left that still uses an Up Plus so I don't want to waste my time on that.</p> <p>21-10-2020: Added extruder mount</p> Category: 3D Printer Parts
