As you can see from the pics, after blatant abuse of my printer (mainly due to over a year of overnight runs) the filament has eventually cut its way through the guide tube. This is here to help! This uses an old UP extruder nozzle (one that was gummed up beyond repair) - or you can get the aftermarket ones from ebay for a few $. See instructions! Hope this helps someone! Instructions Use a Dremel to cut the top cone shape off an old extruder nozzle. Drill a 2mm hole down the middle. Print this out. Screw in the nozzle almost completely into this part (leave about 1mm of thread showing). Put part onto UP!! Once you have it lined up, you may want to put a drop of superglue to hold it in place, but I've found the tension holds it in place fine. Enjoy!
