(Updated NEW VERSION ADDED) 4 inch round acrylic jig for 3018 cnc router.

This is a jig I made for cnc engraving, 4inch circular acrylic plates.. acrylic disc with a diameter of 4 inch, and the thickness of 0.08 inch the 2 parts clamp together tight against the acrylic with a 1mm boarder to hold the part still while engraving. First I'd like to thank thingieverse for this amazing community to help people share their ideas, the members that make so many interesting and beautiful things to print and play with, and you!!!. I printed this with BLACK PLA+ from JAYO with an ender 3 #Print settings: layer height = 0.12mm walls top/bottom thinckness 0.84mm top and bottom layers 7 infill 40+% i would not go below 30% infill infill pattern triangles custom "connect infill lines" set to true temperature hotend = 205 temperature bed = 60 speed 50mm/s i would not go over 50 but if your printer can work with higher speed and you know it will work by all means use your own settings. these settings are what i use for the BEST quality my ender 3 v2 can do. cooling true fan speed 100% #Changes include: 1. new base design that allows the jig to be attached to your 3018 bed with the hardware your cnc came with. 2. new hole in the center of the final bottom part for centering your spindle. depending on the color of your filament, i suggest painting the center hole a contrasting color, if black paint it white so you can see it best for centering your spindle. 3. added support in the center of the bottom part because there was flexing in the acrylic disc causing edges to print deeper than the center. 4. added new centering gaps to the top piece so if your gcode starts from north/south/east/west side of your acrylic disk you can set your tool in these cut out areas.
