I found that the Vintage lens re-housing, made of PLA filament material, was slightly deformed with temperature changes and had defects that were not considered in the design. In particular, as the temperature rises, the correct coupling is loosened, so that the control unit is loosened or the part requiring fixing is easily peeled off. Some designs have been added/changed to compensate for these defects and make them more stable. In addition to fixing this design flaw, I also tried to upgrade to a slightly better design by considering a few additional features. Upgrade details (Canon FD 55mm F1.2 S.S.C Re-Housing.Ver1.1) Detachable focus handle for convenient focus operation Open design for easy viewing of the focal length display The unnecessary parts have been omitted or incorporated to change to a simpler design. Parts required - 5 M4 x 4mm screws 1 M4 x 12mm screw 58-82mm Step up ring (filter adapter) The changed parts are the focus gear part, the aperture gear part, and the rear part, and as a whole, they are the same specifications as the previous rehousing version, so it is possible to selectively replace only some parts. The front part of the lens re-housing is Hood bayonet-mounted and does not change.
