I wanted to combine the pommel attachment with the system blocker (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3005388) which didn't work overly well as the two overlapped slightly. The pommel attachment here is slightly shorter than in the original and at some points a little thicker producing less artifacts when using slic3r. On top of that, I added a small cutout for the pins to make them easier to remove. Pinching the pin with your finger nails should now be a lot easier.
