Almost been hit in the head by the cone grip? Hit no more with this as it has a track so the strap won't break free as easily! Some slight knurling to help out, a tie-down strap, and Bob (or Dylan, or Frank, or Anne) is your uncle / aunt! I would recommend a 1-1.5m tie-down strap or webbing with a carabiner attached depending on how you're training, but measure as you need.
