Upright Piano (Advice appreciated)

Upright Piano (Advice appreciated)

thingiverse

My 11 year old son made this piano from scratch in SketchUp. This is just his second thing to make ever. We are all new to 3D printing and SketchUp in my home so any advice would be appreciated. We need to figure out a way to print with a lot less support structure because it broke both legs off while trying to remove it and ruined the foot pedals. I guess it sat on the heated bed for too long as the bottom looks like it got hot or warped right above where the foot pedals should go. We print on a Lulzbot Mini and use Cura. Again, we are very new and would love advice. I am impressed with his SketchUp skills and would like to continue to encourage him to do more and better things.
