I thought I’d share my upside down parting blade system. I mounted a commercially available GTN-2 Parting Blade into a homemade parting blade holder. The blade holder is designed to fit my homemade Quick Change Tool Post System. It is designed to fit my Chinese lathe. The spindle has to be run in reverse, so it is not suitable for screw on chuck lathes. My lathe has D1-4 Camlocks, so no danger running in reverse. See photos for ideas.
